Arctic Europe Travel & Marketing, Entrepreneur Sinikka Niskanen (Merchant), provides business consulting services to enterprises and to private persons-

1. Terms of Delivery

  • Order Confirmation: The Customer will receive an electronic confirmation immediately after placing an order.

  • Delivery Method: Services will be conducted at the agreed-upon time, either remotely or at the Customer's premises. If the Merchant needs to travel to the Customer's location, travel expenses will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payment is to be made via bank transfer.

  • Prices: Prices do not include VAT. For services paid for in 2024, no VAT will be added (Merchant is not VAT-liable).

  • Payment: Services of short duration must be paid in full in advance. Payment terms for multi-day coaching and ongoing support will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

  • Late Payment Interest: If payment is overdue, interest will be charged at 8% of the outstanding amount, and a reminder fee of €25 will be charged for each reminder.

3. Cancellation Terms

  • Customer Cancellation: If the Customer cancels a booked and paid session more than 15 days before the agreed-upon time, an administrative fee of € 50 will be charged. For cancellations less than 15 days before the agreed-upon time, 50% of the fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the agreed-upon time, the full fee will be charged.

  • Merchant's Cancellation: If the Merchant has to cancel a booked and paid session for a compelling reason, the Customer will either be offered a new time as soon as possible or a full refund. Compelling reasons include illness, accident, or internet connection disruptions.

4. Coaching Material

  • Coaching is conducted through live sessions. The Customer does not have the right to record sessions in any form. Written material sent to the Customer may not be shared with third parties.

5. Disclaimer

  • The Merchant iis only responsible for knowingly providing incorrect or incomplete information and is not liable for damages incurred by the Customer as a result of using the consulting services.

  • The Merchant does not guarantee specific results. The Merchant is not responsible for technical disruptions or technical equipment issues that may affect remote coaching.

6. Other Terms

  • Data Protection: Customer personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy statement.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the district court of the Merchant company's registered office.

  • Prices: The Merchant reserves the right to change prices.

  • Confidentiality: The Merchant undertakes to keep the Customer's business data confidential and not to use it or information derived from it for any purpose other than fulfilling the mutual agreement.
